  • Our home is located in Muncie, Indiana - we accept placements from anywhere in the state of Indiana.

  • Residents are responsible for room and board. We base this payment on the residents monthly income.

    This covers housing, meals, household supplies, and toiletries.

    Residents are free to choose their wake/bed time as long as it is appropriate for their daily schedule and needs. Residents are involved in choosing meals and snacks. Activities will be made available both in and out of the home.

  • Yes, residents have access to food at all times in accordance with HCBS guidelines.

  • Yes - residents are encouraged to participate in community activities and maintain independence as appropriate. Residents will be provided a chaperone unless leaving with family.

  • Yes, staff are present at all times to ensure safety and provide support.

  • Yes medications are administered by trained staff in accordance with physician orders.

  • We maintain:

    • 24/7 supervision

    • Overnight safety checks

    • Emergency protocols

    • Incident reporting procedures

  • Yes staff perform hourly checks to ensure resident safety and well-being.

  • Yes, family involvement is encouraged while respecting all residents’ rights and privacy.

  • We communicate with families and guardians as appropriate regarding care, updates, and any concerns.
